For an applicant to be considered  at LMT they must:

• Be at least 23 years of age.

• Fill out all required employment documents.

• Show original and supply copies of current driver’s abstract, CVOR and police report.

• Have a good knowledge of the Transportation Industry.

• Be able to read, write, understand and speak English fluently.

• Have basic understanding of Customs and shipping documents.

• Be authorized to work in the United States and Canada.

• Have at minimum of (3) years Over-The-Road experience under a DOT/MTO registered carrier with qualified references that can be investigated.

• Pass drug and alcohol screening test.

• Have never had an alcohol or drug related conviction while operating a commercial motor vehicle.

• Be able to pass a company road test.

• Have no apparent trend of aggressive or careless driving.

• Be a "C-TPAT / FAST" eligible driver.

• Be a team player.
