For an applicant to be considered  at LMT they must:

Be at least 23 years of age.

Fill out all required employment documents.

Show original and supply copies of current driver’s abstract, CVOR and police report.

Have a good knowledge of the Transportation Industry.

Be able to read, write, understand and speak English fluently.

Have basic understanding of Customs and shipping documents.

Be authorized to work in the United States and Canada.

Have at minimum of (3) years Over-The-Road experience under a DOT/MTO registered carrier with qualified references that can be investigated.

Pass drug and alcohol screening test.

Have never had an alcohol or drug related conviction while operating a commercial motor vehicle.

Be able to pass a company road test.

Have no apparent trend of aggressive or careless driving.

Be a "C-TPAT / FAST" eligible driver.

Be a team player.
